About the role
- Manages all aspects of moderately complex projects from inception to conclusion
- Work with sales, engineering, and product management at proposal stage
- Provide technical sales support by creating/giving presentations to customers
- Assist in customer demos as needed
- Act as point of contact on assigned projects
- Manage relationships and conduct planning sessions
- Assists with developing business plans and strategies
- Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project management and resource allocation
- Ensures timelines are met and project goals are attained
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in managing medium scale projects
- 4-6 years of experience in R&D, field service, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Technical capacity/knowledge of finishing equipment industry
- Working knowledge of MAPICS and MS Office
