Mechanical Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver mechanical engineering solutions across projects from concept to completion
- Carry out condition and technical surveys of existing buildings and produce clear reports
- Prepare mechanical calculations, designs, drawings, and specifications
- Produce documentation and drawings for tender stages and assist in tender evaluations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure coordinated design delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant industry experience in building services / mechanical design
- Working towards or desire to achieve professional accreditation (e.g. CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM/Revit and IES
- This role requires you to have a full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and will be subject to a DBS Enhanced check.
