About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee, direct, and provide care to patients requiring immediate treatment of medical, surgical, or other conditions, including chronic medical conditions and minor injuries or illnesses
- Support Baptist Health’s Hospital at Home program delivering hospital-level care in patients’ homes
- Use virtual assessments to bring care directly to patients
- Participate in a 24-hour command center monitoring patients through remote patient monitoring, technology kits, and communication devices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Workplace Violence Certification required
- Registered Nurse (RN) registration with State Nursing Boards required
- Associate of Science in Nursing required
- Post-Surgical Nursing experience preferred
- Medical-Surgical experience preferred
- Availability for full-time night shift, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
