Key responsibilities & impact

Bridge clinical workflows and technology to optimize pediatric patient care
Design, implement, and support clinical information systems aligned with best practices and inpatient-specific needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with hospital ambulatory practice
Inpatient nursing knowledge or experience
In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of informatics
Basic knowledge of related job disciplines
Strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of pediatric care
Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
Experience developing, optimizing, integrating, and supporting electronic medical records and information systems
Ability to analyze clinical processes and collect data to streamline workflows
Knowledge of information retrieval and presentation methods
Knowledge of evidence-based and best-practice standards of care
Experience working with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals on healthcare technology systems
