About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leaders
Develop creative sourcing plans for assigned positions
Fill positions in a timely manner
Screen, interview, and sell candidates to hiring managers
Produce leads and create candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media
Coordinate and lead realistic job previews with department leaders
Educate and qualify candidates during screening and interviewing
Create compelling job advertisements for marketing purposes
Maintain industry knowledge and monitor industry standards and competition
Follow the employment process according to policy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm and/or healthcare recruitment required
PHR or other HR certification desirable
Experience with applicant tracking systems required
In-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing methods, databases, and cold calling preferred
Strong Boolean search knowledge and search string creation experience preferred
Previous sourcing experience supporting multiple functions and business units preferred
Strong social media sourcing experience preferred
Ability to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, and allocate appropriate time between assigned positions
Project management skills and experience desired
Ability to consistently follow through and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
