About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Register patients accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize multiple systems and interfaces

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience required
  • 1–2 years of insurance experience required
  • 1–2 years of healthcare experience required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred
  • Comfortable working in an office setting
  • Customer service and multitasking skills
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
  • Ability to work full-time day shifts
