Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of an approved phlebotomy training program or one year of proven experience in a hospital, reference, or physician office laboratory required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in personal computer use
  • Frequent prolonged standing and walking
  • Occasional lifting of supplies/equipment up to 25 lbs
  • Clear diction and hearing sensitivity in conversations by phone or in person
  • Manual dexterity and mobility
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform related physical activities
  • Ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less, judge distance and space relationships, bring objects into focus, and distinguish and identify different colors
