About the role

  • Collaborate in the development and launch of new credit products, focusing on experiences that meet our customers’ needs;
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation;
  • Support backlog prioritization, ensuring the most strategic initiatives are executed efficiently;
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on data and feedback;
  • Work closely with development, design and operations teams to ensure integrated and agile delivery;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in product management, preferably in fintechs or the financial sector;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban) and product management tools (Kanbanize);
  • Data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Databricks;
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Collaborative mindset, focused on problem-solving and delivering results;
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop as a Product Manager;
  • Proactive, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
