About the role

  • Support business units in change initiatives (in particular bank-wide management; HR; Communications & Marketing; Legal & Compliance) — from idea through requirements definition to implementation
  • Elicit, analyze, prioritize and document business requirements in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into IT specifications, e.g. for data flows, reporting, interfaces or process adjustments
  • Contribute to the development of IT domain strategies (target architectures, roadmaps, implementation plans, etc.) together with the business units and departments
  • Actively participate in and manage projects, including taking responsibility for sub-projects
  • Provide change-management support to ensure the successful introduction of new processes, systems or regulatory requirements
