About the role
- Thorough analysis of economic risk for new and existing loans in private and corporate banking
- Conducting ratings in accordance with the bank's risk classification procedures
- Valuation of collateral in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Preparation, submission for approval and drafting of decision papers for credit-related matters
- Maintenance and technical recording of all loan and collateral information in the bank's internal systems
- Drafting of loan and collateral agreements to ensure legally correct implementation
- Ongoing monitoring of the loan portfolio
- Professional support for market and sales units on all credit-related issues
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship and, ideally, a degree in business administration or further professional training (Bank Academy, VWA or similar)
- Strong credit expertise and experience in general lending
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- High service orientation, decisiveness and assertiveness
- Strong technical aptitude
- Willingness to integrate into a team and to contribute ideas for further development
