About the role
- You are the creative driving force who transforms brand messages into genuine entertainment.
- You reimagine brands, develop original, innovative advertising campaigns, and seamlessly integrate brands into our successful existing formats.
- You design holistic video formats in which brands and entertainment content are intelligently woven together so that advertising becomes content.
- You don't work in an ivory tower but act as a connector between Creative, Sales, and the Media unit.
- You ensure 360-degree execution of your ideas — from digital snippets to large-scale TV productions — and work closely with our Social unit and production partners.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of creative and production experience, ideally with an agency or brand background.
- You are passionate about Branded Entertainment and understand how brands operate in modern video environments (TV & digital).
- You bring strong commercial awareness and understand what clients need and how sales teams can sell your ideas.
- You have team spirit and strong communication skills to bring different disciplines (production, sales, digital) to the table.
- You are committed to continually questioning what you've learned and adapting it to new challenges.
