About the role

  • You independently lead and coordinate an editorial team
  • You take internal and external responsibility for show content: from research to final approval by the broadcaster, including coordination
  • You are responsible for the concept, planning and execution of your show
  • You prepare shooting days in terms of content
  • You maintain direct contact with the broadcaster
  • You manage and monitor editorial workflows in coordination with the Executive Producer
  • You contribute to the visual concept and develop the show's look & feel
  • You act as the link between production, editorial, realization and post-production
  • You ensure smooth post-production and approve the shows
  • You are the point of contact for content-related questions before, during and after production

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Producer in the reality TV sector
  • Experience leading teams
  • Willingness to be deployed flexibly on location, including availability for international shoots
  • Experience with shooting and editing and ability to create a post-production schedule
  • Good network of vendors and freelancers
  • Independent and reliable working style, including under time pressure
  • High commitment, strong communication skills, creativity and flexibility
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good written and spoken English
