About the role

  • You are responsible for performing payroll processing for Banijay Germany's subsidiaries.
  • You manage your own payroll groups and are responsible for accurate, timely payroll runs and ensuring their smooth execution.
  • You are responsible for master and transaction data and act as the interface to authorities, health insurance providers, and social security agencies.
  • You advise employees on all payroll-related questions.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial or tax clerk training and possess several years of professional experience in payroll accounting.
  • You continuously keep your very good knowledge of tax and social security law up to date.
  • You have solid experience with at least one common payroll software, preferably Hansalog/Vision, and are proficient in MS Office programs.
  • You are characterized by an independent and structured working style, a friendly demeanor, discretion, and strong communication skills.
