Chief of Staff to President – Co-Founder

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and financial support to the President
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions
- Conduct valuation analysis for potential M&A growth opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics for business units
- Lead end-to-end M&A processes and coordinate due diligence
- Support commercial and financial structuring of global partnerships
- Produce data-driven research on market trends and competitor strategy
- Act as a thought partner to the President to drive initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation (e.g. DCF, comps).
- Strong understanding of investment processes and M&A mechanics.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Proactive approach — identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements, not just executing tasks.
- Sound judgment and prioritization in fast-paced, high-context environments.
- Clear and concise communicator, comfortable preparing board-level materials.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Interest in the intersection of music and technology is a significant plus.
