About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, structure and manage the portfolio of financial products targeted at agribusiness: rural credit modalities (working capital, investment, commercialization), CPR, CRA, CDCA, Funcafé, LCA.
Analyze market and corporate client demands to identify opportunities for launching or evolving products.
Coordinate with commercial, credit, legal, compliance and technology teams to enable the full lifecycle of new products — from concept to operation.
Prepare sales technical materials: product memos, eligibility policies, commercial proposals, portfolio analysis (sector risk, pricing and profitability).
Monitor portfolio performance: volumes, margins, delinquency, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Ensure regulatory compliance of products with rules from BACEN, CVM and other supervisory bodies.
Serve as an internal technical reference for commercial and relationship teams, providing training and enablement on the area’s products.
Participate in product committees, credit committees and board presentations with analyses and strategic recommendations.
Monitor market trends, competitive benchmarks and innovations in the agrifinance product ecosystem.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agronomy, Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or product analysis at a retail or wholesale bank with a focus on agribusiness.
Knowledge of rural credit products and agribusiness instruments (CPR, LCA, CDCA, CRA, FIAGRO, agricultural funds).
Analytical capability for pricing, profitability modeling and portfolio analysis.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks of BACEN, CVM and rural credit regulations.
