About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate data into actions, develop personalized communications, and identify business opportunities through campaign management and customer behavior analysis;
Plan, operationalize, and monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and owned channels);
Build and evolve customer relationship journeys focused on activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement objectives;
Develop segmentations and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data;
Monitor performance metrics and produce analyses to drive improvements;
Conduct tests and experiments for continuous optimization of campaigns and journeys;
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams;
Support the creation of executive presentations and tracking of results;
Ensure delivery quality and communication consistency with a focus on customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in CRM, relationship marketing, growth, or related areas;
Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing communication campaigns;
Knowledge of CRM metrics and the relationship funnel (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, retention, opt-out, among others);
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodology;
Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus;
Intermediate SQL knowledge is a plus;
Knowledge of Power BI;
Experience working in data- and metrics-driven environments;
Experience designing journeys and scaling personalization.
