About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, validate and monitor regulatory reports submitted to BACEN (e.g., 3040, 3044, 4966), ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with deadlines
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, with a focus on IFRS 9 (provisioning and credit classification)
Support credit risk and collateral management, including analysis, controls and support for regulatory processes (SCR)
Operate and support processes related to PIX (SPI/DICT), including settlement, reconciliation and operational workflows
Perform integration, support and continuous improvement of Autbank systems (B9, R9, AS, CC, EB, CB)
Execute and ensure validation of accounting and regulatory data, ensuring adherence to COSIF
Serve as an interface between Business, Accounting and IT areas, translating needs and enabling solutions
Support internal and external audit processes, including requests from BACEN
Contribute to automation, analysis and report generation using SQL and advanced Excel
Manage versioning and change control in technology environments using GIT and ITSM tools (Sensr)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in accounting for financial institutions (COSIF)
Practical knowledge in:
Regulatory reporting to BACEN
SCR (Credit Reporting System)
Credit risk and collateral
Experience with PIX processes (settlement, reconciliation and operations)
Experience with Autbank systems (B9, R9, AS, CC, EB, CB)
Ability to validate and analyze accounting and regulatory data
Knowledge of:
SQL (data querying and analysis)
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, automations)
Automations with AI agents / RPA (n8n, Power Automate, Blue Prism)
Experience with code versioning (GIT)
Previous experience with Autbank, or in similar roles at banks or fintechs
Participation in projects related to:
IFRS 9
SCR
PIX
Experience with regulatory audits (BACEN)
Financial / regulatory certifications (CPA-20 / CEA, IFRS certifications, PIX / Open Finance certification (BACEN/ecosystem))
