About the role

  • Preparation of reports for capital risk management, IRRBB/market risk, liquidity and credit
  • Monitoring operational limits, RAS limits (Risk Appetite Statement) and updating projections
  • Preparing materials for the Risk Committee
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and requests from regulatory authorities
  • Develop, review and monitor risk policies, methodologies and limits, aligned with the bank's risk appetite
  • Perform portfolio analyses, sensitivity studies and stress tests, assessing impacts under adverse scenarios

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Risks (Capital, Credit, Liquidity and Market)
  • Knowledge of BACEN regulations and Basel frameworks (II, III or IV)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Desirable: programming languages (SQL, Python) and quantitative/statistical modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
