About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze operations submitted by the commercial department, validating documents and confirming that the operation complies with product rules.
Receive billing authorization requests, verify the status of the operation's suppliers, confirm that the asset matches the approved terms, and register the operation in the internal system to control credit line usage.
Issue contracts at the request of the Leasing commercial department and in accordance with internal policies and product rules.
Process received documents, submitting them for approval when necessary, collecting internal signatures, and making the customer's copy available after the process is completed.
Control and forward files to the collateral team for proper registration. Record vehicle data and manage the billing/collection of lien/encumbrance costs for transactions where the leased asset is a motor vehicle.
Receive and manage physically received internal documentation, logging receipt and notifying relevant departments.
Enter transactions into the system for payment processing and implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in the final semester in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related areas.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in contract formalization (corporate and individual clients) at leasing companies, banks, finance companies, credit cooperatives, factoring firms, or other financial institutions.
Knowledge of financial mathematics is a plus.
