About the role

  • Manipulate and analyze large volumes of data, extracting relevant insights for the Risks and Internal Controls area.
  • Develop and automate dashboards, management reports, metrics and KRIs, supporting continuous monitoring and analytical testing with qualitative rigor.
  • Identify patterns, deviations and improvement opportunities, contributing to risk mitigation and enhancement of internal controls.
  • Structure databases and document processes, ensuring data integrity, traceability and information governance.
  • Work cross-functionally, collaborating with different areas and internal teams on strategic projects and multidisciplinary initiatives.

Requirements

  • Analytical, innovative and results-oriented profile.
  • Strong ability to translate data into practical business solutions, delivering high-quality outputs based on reliable data.
  • Proactive in proposing improvements and anticipating risks.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL or Python and hands-on experience handling (not just querying) large volumes of data.
  • Experience with automation of reports, metrics and KRIs.
  • Desirable knowledge of agile methodologies, cloud technologies, databases and information security tools.
  • Previous experience in technology companies, SaaS or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with compliance audits, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and multidisciplinary projects.
