Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Interested in developing knowledge in CRM, business processes and technology
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of Salesforce
  • Familiarity with demand and project management tools such as Kanbanize, Jira or Trello
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
