About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate qualified pipeline through thoughtful outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone and any other channels that create meaningful conversations.
- Own prospecting strategy across target accounts, personas and industries.
- Design and continuously improve AI-assisted outbound workflows to help us scale intelligently.
- Evaluate new sales and AI tooling that gives Ballpark a competitive advantage.
- Refine messaging, sequences and outreach playbooks through constant experimentation.
- Share learnings across the team and help build the outbound playbook for future hires.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and GTM trends, bringing new ideas back into the business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous outbound SaaS business development experience.
- A consistent track record of generating high-quality pipeline.
- Someone who enjoys building systems and improving processes, not just following them.
- Genuine curiosity around AI and excitement about applying new technology to sales.
- Strong written communication and an ability to personalise outreach at scale.
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- Collaborative, humble and happy to share what's working with the wider team.
- Bonus points if you've sold into product, design, UX or research teams.
