About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live recruitment campaigns
Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
Providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients
Researching new markets and supporting business development activity
Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring recruitment compliance
Working closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passionate about building a long-term career in recruitment
Confident, personable and enjoys speaking to people
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Resilient, self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new systems
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality or another people-focused environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
