About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live recruitment campaigns
- Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
- Providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients
- Researching new markets and supporting business development activity

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passionate about building a long-term career in recruitment
- Confident, personable and enjoys speaking to people
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Resilient, self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new systems
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality or another people-focused environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
