About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and growing your own recruitment desk, taking responsibility for achieving financial targets and KPIs
  • Winning new business through business development, networking, client meetings and relationship building
  • Developing long-term partnerships with new and existing clients
  • Using your existing recruitment network alongside headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn and social media to attract candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer management and placement
  • Interviewing, shortlisting and preparing candidates for client interviews
  • Negotiating offers, salaries and terms between clients and candidates
  • Providing market insight and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with Four Squared Recruitment processes and Terms of Business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum two years' experience managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
  • Proven business development and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience running recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn and social media
  • Commercially driven with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Experience recruiting permanent and/or temporary roles across multiple clients
