About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing and growing your own recruitment desk, taking responsibility for achieving financial targets and KPIs
Winning new business through business development, networking, client meetings and relationship building
Developing long-term partnerships with new and existing clients
Using your existing recruitment network alongside headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn and social media to attract candidates
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer management and placement
Interviewing, shortlisting and preparing candidates for client interviews
Negotiating offers, salaries and terms between clients and candidates
Providing market insight and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with Four Squared Recruitment processes and Terms of Business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum two years' experience managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
Proven business development and client relationship management skills
Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills
Experience running recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn and social media
Commercially driven with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs
Experience recruiting permanent and/or temporary roles across multiple clients
