About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help patients navigate their medical billing with compassion and professionalism
- Handle inbound calls and make courtesy outbound calls

Requirements
What you’ll need- Medical office experience (preferred) OR strong customer service background
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
