About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and client engagement support for the Wealth Advisory team
- Collect, organize, and manage client information by assigning and following up on necessary paperwork
- Generate, prepare, and update client meeting materials and client proposals in collaboration with the Advisor
- Ensure key client information, risk score, and documentation are up to date
- Correspond with colleagues and use professional judgment to provide outstanding client service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- CFA or CFP designation preferred, but not required
- Past experience in financial planning or wealth management preferred
- Demonstrated interest in the stock market, wealth management, or financial planning
- Confidence working directly with senior leaders and high-net-worth clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven success solving problems and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take immediate ownership of work
