About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, HNW and Ultra-HNW individuals, and corporations ranging from small to middle market
- Participate in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues
- Help draft IRS responses and address other tax authority inquiries
- Team with leaders on special projects
- Develop recommendations for clients and share them with leadership for discussion and strategy
- Communicate and collaborate with specialty tax practices on state and local, international, research and development, credits, and incentives matters
- Learn and grow through direct on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning and development programs
- Network and build strong internal and external client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year degree required
- Eligibility to obtain CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent required
- One (1) year of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services required
- Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Initiative and adaptability
- Microsoft Suite skills
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
