About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, HNW and Ultra-HNW individuals, and corporations ranging from small to middle market
  • Participate in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues
  • Help draft IRS responses and address other tax authority inquiries
  • Team with leaders on special projects
  • Develop recommendations for clients and share them with leadership for discussion and strategy
  • Communicate and collaborate with specialty tax practices on state and local, international, research and development, credits, and incentives matters
  • Learn and grow through direct on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning and development programs
  • Network and build strong internal and external client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year degree required
  • Eligibility to obtain CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent required
  • One (1) year of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services required
  • Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Initiative and adaptability
  • Microsoft Suite skills
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position
