About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, planning, and execution of firm-wide events by managing event platform configuration, coordinating logistics
  • Develop event timelines, recommend delivery and format approaches, and coordinate cross-functional resources
  • Review event data and feedback to recommend improvements to program content, delivery methods, and engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required, associates degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience required
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong ability to build relationships
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask/work on multiple projects
  • Travel up to 15%
