About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, planning, and execution of firm-wide events by managing event platform configuration, coordinating logistics
- Develop event timelines, recommend delivery and format approaches, and coordinate cross-functional resources
- Review event data and feedback to recommend improvements to program content, delivery methods, and engagement
- Produce virtual and hybrid event experiences including platform setup, speaker coordination, technology support, testing, and contingency planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required, associates degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience required
- Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to build relationships
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask/work on multiple projects
- Travel up to 15%
