About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries
- Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients
- Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules
- Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client’s organization
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
- Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies required
- Three (3) or more years of progressive HR experience
- Proficiency using ADP WorkForce Now / ADP Run
- Previous experience preparing and processing payroll
- Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis
- Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
- HRCI / SHRM certification
