About the role
- Responsible for the overall satisfaction and coordination of services for a particular group of clients
- Positioning of new services and solutions for client consideration
- Serve as the main Point of Contact for operational or escalation-related matters
- Align closely with Baker Tilly professionals across multiple service lines to architect value for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensure efficient onboarding, ongoing training, and escalated issue management (70% proactive client relation building)
- Communicate client needs or concerns to the appropriate Baker Tilly person and ensure timely resolution
- Closely partner with internal colleagues to share clients’ business needs and identify opportunities to expand client portfolio
- Support marketing and sales teams with information and share information with clients
- Utilize data and metrics to facilitate client business reviews
- Help shape the strategy and direction of the client relationship through research and analysis (e.g., revenue, market and competitive trends, and customer insights)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years’ experience in Client Success within a similar organization, required.
- 1-3 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Proven success in growing and maintaining client accounts
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations and help provide resolutions
