About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the transformation of Healthcare through Managed Services.
- Help healthcare organizations modernize core business functions to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Lead solution development efforts in support of business development.
- Work closely with client executives and internal teams to design practical, scalable managed services offerings.
- Define the end-to-end solution lifecycle (intake → discovery → design → financial modeling → governance → submission).
- Establish standardized templates and artifacts (scope documents, operating model frameworks, SLA libraries, pricing model structures).
- Lead the development of end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and managed services solutions for prospective and existing healthcare clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or managed services.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, business development, or practice leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing BPO or managed services solutions across finance, revenue cycle, or administrative functions.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Workday, Oracle, or other ERP/HCM/RPM tools).
- Experience incorporating automation, AI, analytics, and digital technologies into outsourcing solutions.
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing models, business case development, and deal structuring.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and firm growth.
