Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the transformation of Healthcare through Managed Services.
Help healthcare organizations modernize core business functions to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Lead solution development efforts in support of business development.
Work closely with client executives and internal teams to design practical, scalable managed services offerings.
Define the end-to-end solution lifecycle (intake → discovery → design → financial modeling → governance → submission).
Establish standardized templates and artifacts (scope documents, operating model frameworks, SLA libraries, pricing model structures).
Lead the development of end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and managed services solutions for prospective and existing healthcare clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or managed services.
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, business development, or practice leadership roles.
Demonstrated expertise in designing BPO or managed services solutions across finance, revenue cycle, or administrative functions.
Familiarity with healthcare systems and platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Workday, Oracle, or other ERP/HCM/RPM tools).
Experience incorporating automation, AI, analytics, and digital technologies into outsourcing solutions.
Strong financial acumen, including pricing models, business case development, and deal structuring.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and client-facing skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and firm growth.
