About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries
Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients
Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules, and maintain data integrity the HRIS / payroll system
Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client’s organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
Seven (7) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation
Proficiency using ADP WorkForce Now / ADP Run
Previous experience preparing and processing payroll
Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
HRCI / SHRM certification
