Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Baker Tilly and client resources through definition and delivery of transformation projects
Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of project approach and plans aligned to phases of implementation
Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally
Invest in professional development and support the growth of team members
Develop and communicate a robust IT strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance services and operations
Provide visionary leadership to technology teams, fostering excellence and collaboration
Work closely with clients to understand needs and propose innovative technology solutions
Collaborate with C-suite executives and foster partnerships with external vendors and experts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science or business field required, master's or advanced degree desirable
Ten years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital/product organizations
Five (5) + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired
Ability to decompose scope into detailed activities and deliverables
Project experience with full lifecycle application development (e.g. requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis and design, integration, testing, deployment)
Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques preferred (Scrum, JIRA, confluence)
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills
Must be able to work outside of core business hours for client engagements, and travel as needed
