About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gain hands-on experience within the real-estate advisory industry
  • Performing in-depth market and financial research regarding real estate transactions, supply, demand, pricing, and investment parameters
  • Assist with valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private real estate entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
  • Assist in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience, through on-the-job training and real, meaningful work engagements, how your academic experience translates to the professional environment
  • Learn directly from experienced Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge within the real estate industry
  • Learn and grow from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
  • Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
  • Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in a Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related program
  • Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
  • Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
