About the role
- Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on providing an exceptional client service experience
- Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan
- Team with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans
- Coordinate firm resources to ensure the best products and services are provided to clients
- Ensure team members are provided with meaningful training and development opportunities
- Oversee the profitability of the practice
- Work closely with client executives and management teams
- Provide strategic business advice to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program
- CPA or CIA designation(s) required
- Twelve (12)+ year(s) experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls
- Seven (7)+ year(s) of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
- Successful track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice
- Proven track record of new business development
- Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service
