About the role
- Oversee, administer, and optimize general ledger software and corresponding investor portal.
- Ensure correct system automations, security protocols, user access management, and reporting needs.
- Lead the “transitions” team for seamless client onboarding and customized reporting.
- Regularly interact with clients, internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Provide technical support and onboarding strategy resources.
- Contribute to business development efforts and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ (relevant) experience in fund administration, accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years’ (relevant) experience in using Investran and DX – includes preferred experience with SSRS reports and excel macros.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSA) in accounting or related field is strongly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management experience and has track record of meeting deadlines.
- Preferred experience with Investran Live and implementing two-way API integrations.
- Preferred experience with Tableau reporting dashboards.
- Experience with building AI agents is a bonus but is not required.
- Experience with operating in a SOC 1 control environment.
