About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Turn business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce features
  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate needs into solutions
  • Manage user access, security, data quality, integrity, and automate business processes
  • Maintain org configuration, sandbox refreshes, and manage metadata
  • Develop and manage Salesforce integrations and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
  • Provide technical support assistance and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 7-10 years experience in Salesforce development, declarative configuration, and administration (Sales Cloud required)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator preferred
  • Comfortable working with developers in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Salesforce DX)
  • Working knowledge of integrations (middleware, REST APIs, or ETL tools)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and object relationships
