  • Read and interpret technical documents, as well as a working knowledge of GD&T
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with 8D/RCCA activities
  • Strong technical background in a specific commodity area
  • Passion for supplier development and a strategic mindset
