Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Change agent driven towards Continuous Improvement
- Read and interpret technical documents, as well as a working knowledge of GD&T
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with 8D/RCCA activities
- Strong technical background in a specific commodity area
- Passion for supplier development and a strategic mindset
