About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the Supplier Quality organization as the Counterfeit Parts Prevention (CPP) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Chair the ES Sector CPP Board with other BAE Systems functional team members
- Oversee & administer the ES Business CPP Program
- Continuously improve, enhance robustness and increase the organization’s CPP proficiency
- Strategic planning, risk management, training & education, and compliance related to CPP
- Attend CPP summits/symposiums, manage supplier CPP compliance, and conduct joint CPP audits
- Act as the ES Business external facing representative for all CPP related matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 6-8+ years of experience or 10-12+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- AS9100 Auditor certification and/or Quality Management System (AS9100) audit experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt and/or process improvement experience
- Expertise with Industry Standards Committees and Government relations (preferred)
- EEE Manufacturing/Process/Design Engineering skills (preferred)
- AS9100 Auditor certification and/or 5+ years of Quality Management System audit experience (preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt and/or 5+ years of process improvement experience (preferred)
