About the role
- lead analysis in areas where the consultant has experience
- lead client engagement on specific sections of a project or programme
- plan and present core information to stakeholder groups
- coach and deliver training courses for more junior staff and members of the client team
- engage with difficult stakeholder groups to identify issues and resolutions
Requirements
- support client transformation and deliver planned change and benefit
- effective within complex stakeholder landscapes by being a trusted advisor to Programme and Project Managers
- familiar with one or more business consulting approaches/techniques
- coaching other members of staff to help them develop core techniques
- applies the principles of project management such as planning, risk management and resource management to small and medium sized business change projects
