About the role
- Support international professionals through adaptation/bridging measures for recognition as early childhood educators or qualified nursing professionals (m/f/d)
- Coordinate and liaise with authorities and partner organisations, and negotiate with practical training providers, language schools and vocational schools
- Collaborate with teachers, practical instructors and freelance personnel
- Design individual training/qualification settings: plan tailored learning offers and provide personal guidance to international professionals
Requirements
- Degree in social pedagogy or a comparable university qualification
- Solid experience in migration and integration work and willingness to engage with migration law topics
- Ideally: experience advising social institutions and in recruiting and retaining international professionals
- Ability to work independently and with a strong client-focus
- Highly developed social and intercultural skills; foreign language skills welcome; solution-oriented mindset and initiative
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel for work
