About the role
- Support international skilled workers through adaptation measures for recognition as an early childhood educator or qualified nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Coordinate and liaise with authorities, partner organizations and negotiate with practical training providers, language schools and vocational schools
- Collaborate with teaching staff, practical instructors and freelance personnel
- Design individual training arrangements: plan tailored learning offers and provide personal guidance to international professionals
Requirements
- Completed degree in social pedagogy or a comparable university degree
- Solid experience in migration and integration work and willingness to become familiar with migration law topics
- Ideally knowledge of advising social institutions as well as recruiting and retaining international skilled workers
- Ability to work independently and with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong social and intercultural competence, foreign language skills welcome, solution-orientation, initiative
- Flexibility in appointment scheduling and willingness to travel for work
