Territory Sales Representative
Bad BirdieTerritory Sales Representative for Bad Birdie managing and expanding an existing book of business in Florida. Building relationships with buyers and handling line reviews and presentations for new accounts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow an assigned book of green grass accounts across Florida
- Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, owners, and club professionals
- Open new accounts and expand Bad Birdie’s footprint within the territory
- Conduct in-person, brand-driven line reviews and product presentations
- Identify sales opportunities through sell-through analysis and account performance
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently drive toward targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Operations to support accounts
- Handle territory-related administrative tasks including order entry and follow-up
- Uphold Bad Birdie’s brand standards and servicing expectations at all times
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a sport, apparel, or consumer-based professional environment
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales or field sales
- Strong understanding of the golf industry and green grass channel preferred
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships
- Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with a broader sales team
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory
