About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our lending criteria
- Hand off warm, well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Build and manage your pipeline with discipline
- Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners
- Stay current on our loan products, market conditions, and competitive landscape

Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly comfortable navigating, provisioning, and auditing modern SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Notion)
- Confident, clear communicator — on the phone, in writing, and in person
- Strong qualifying instincts
- Highly organized with the discipline to manage a full pipeline
