Business Development Rep

• Identify, target, and develop new business relationships with our ideal clients: ISP’s, Municipalities, infrastructure GC’s, and power companies.
• Prospect, pitch, and close partnership deals.
• Maintain accurate records on CRM to track leads, pipeline velocity, and customer interactions.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent Backbone Fiber.
• Develop RFP and bid responses in collaboration with operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, marketing, and long-term account strategy.
• Attend site visits with Project Managers to stay up to date on the service we provide to our customers.
• Help define processes for lead gen, contract negotiation, and post-sale handoff.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
