About the role

  • Take the product vision provided by leadership and write detailed, technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Use LLMs, Python, or low-code tools to build "Proof of Concept" features
  • Directly implement AI agents or automations that solve specific business problems
  • Dive into our Billing, CRM, Onboarding, lead gen, and Marketing stacks to find bottlenecks
  • Ensure our internal systems talk to each other
  • Relentlessly look for ways to use AI to reduce operating costs and increase speed of delivery across all departments
  • Handle a high volume of varying tasks daily

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Product Operations, or as a Technical Founder
  • Proven experience writing technical PRDs and managing software development lifecycles
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools (OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N)
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS ecosystems: Billing (Chargebee), CRM, Marketing and AdTech
