About the role

  • You will operate at a lead level within the Cyber Security discipline.
  • You will drive the accreditation of the system in alignment with the Defence Cyber Security Assessment & Authorisation Framework.
  • Conduct cyber risk assessments, oversee implementation and ongoing assurance of security controls.
  • Lead incident response and investigations, and engage confidently with ICT teams, subcontractors and Defence stakeholders to ensure security requirements are embedded, effective and sustainable.

Requirements

  • A wealth of relevant experience in relatable technical roles, including several years of Security experience in Defence environment.
  • Extensive experience in managing applicable technical delivery.
  • Excellent working knowledge of COMSEC principles.
  • Hold a technical vocational qualification (diploma or associates degree) in related discipline.
  • Completed additional training in cyber security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
