About the role

  • Apply an integrative systems safety approach to identify hazards and mitigate risks across the full engineering product lifecycle
  • Support the safe design, operation, support and retirement of complex engineered systems
  • Plan and deliver technical tasks to agreed time, cost and quality while ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations and internal governance
  • Mentor others and build leadership capability within the technical community

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years relevant experience in relatable technical/engineering roles
  • Excellent understanding of applicable engineering toolsets
  • Experience in the use of requirements management software such as DOORS
  • Experience in programming languages such as DXL, Python or similar
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
