About the role

  • Provide technical leadership and people management to a team of engineers
  • Enable the care and development of team members while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality engineering artefacts
  • Apply established engineering processes, tools and resources to successfully deliver a defined scope of engineering activities across the product and program lifecycle
  • Plan, monitor and deliver team activities to meet cost, schedule and quality requirements
  • Produce and review technical documentation in accordance with applicable Delegations of Authority (DoA)
  • Drive continuous improvement, support multi-domain engineering decisions, and contribute to sustainable and innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years relevant experience in relatable technical/engineering roles
  • A good understanding of applicable engineering toolsets (e.g. PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results.
