About the role

  • Design, deliver and continuously improve Babcock’s rotational Engineering Graduate Programme across multiple disciplines.
  • Create a structured, accreditation‑aligned pathway (e.g., IMechE, IET) that develops diverse early‑career talent.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to scope high‑value placements.
  • Lead graduate recruitment, onboarding and cohort experience.
  • Coach and support graduates and their managers.
  • Measure outcomes and continuously improve the programme using feedback, analytics and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management, talent development or early careers coordination.
  • Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and career pathways.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Experience working with graduate programmes in a technical or engineering environment.
